Hello and welcome. I am an experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisior working with both couples and individuals. Sometimes life gets too much for us, it can be overwhelming, confusing and frightening. I offer a warm safe space for you to explore your thoughts and worries without judgement, where we can start to make sense of what’s happening together and where you can develop strength and resilience and find healthier ways to manage life’s pressures.
I offer both short term, long term and single sessions depending on your circumstances and needs. I have a passion for diversity and difference and how we individually live with the cultures around us. I am Neuroaffirming, working with adults grappling with neurocomplexity and am keen to help you explore how to live life as you.
My approach is focused on the importance of communication and the relationship and how we interact with ourselves and others.
