Life can feel overwhelming at times—stress, trauma, or unresolved feelings can show up as anxiety, low mood, overthinking, issues seeming bigger than they are, sleep problems, or relationship challenges. You might feel anger, a sense of unfairness, struggle with past experiences that are still affecting you.
In therapy, we can explore these experiences together. I’ll help you understand yourself and patterns, manage emotional overwhelm, and find more balance and calm.
I have worked successfully with various organisations, incl NHS, supporting clients with diverse and complex needs. I work with a wide range of issues, including sexual abuse and childhood trauma. I am committed to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and have completed further training in relational work, suicidal ideation, and women’s issues.
You may feel stuck—but sometimes, the patterns holding us back are ones we’ve unknowingly learned. Therapy can help you begin to see that the way you feel does not have to be permanent.
