Life can be overwhelming, leaving us feeling lost in a maze of stress, anxiety, and even darker thoughts. Maybe you're having difficulties your realtionships, a survivor of trauma or violence, carrying burdens that feel too heavy to share. Sometimes, our loved ones, despite their best intentions, they don't have the tools to fully understand what we're going through and where professional support can make a difference. I offer clients a Person-Centred/Attachment-Based approach. I also have an expertise in trauma. I offer a confidential space where you will be seen and heard without judgment, and develop the skills to heal and grow.
As a Counsellor, I can help you to be able to process your emotions, enabling you to better understand yourself and those difficult feelings. You can share any aspect of your life, be heard, and feel validated in your emotions. I have a private, calm therapy room where you can be yourself, with no brave face.
In our first session you can expect a warm welcome, a comfy seat with cushions. You will then have a chance to share what may be going on in your life right now and I will listen attentively. There is no right way to share how you are feeling, all emotions are ok and welcomed.
