I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. My clinical practice is flexible, and hopes to meet the different needs of individuals, couples and families on both a short and long-term basis. I work within an integrative model which is informed by psychodynamic and systemic models. I work with CBT as and when required. My practice has been running for over ten years, helping many people through very difficult emotional and psychological periods of their lives - including; anxiety; depression; relationship difficulties and childhood related traumas. I am also a specialist in substance addiction.
Couple therapy: having experienced good success in helping couples improve their relationships, gain further understanding of their relational dynamics and overcome them.
MSc Addiction Institute of Psychiatry. I specialise in drug and alcohol dependency.
I also specialise in narcissistic abuse recovery. I am the director of Narc&Co Ltd.
I consider myself to be a warm therapist, genuinely curious about people's experiences, with a strong desire to to help people move on, change and develop self insight. I would not consider my job complete without a considerable level of internal change achieved, whereby such changes can be ongoing and sustained.
