Many of my clients are students or researchers in academia or industry, but I've helped people from diverse backgrounds with various issues, often around self-esteem, OCD, anxiety and related problems, such as procrastination and perfectionism. I do not use any AI tools in my practice. If you are concerned or experience anxiety or conflict around the increasing use of genAI around you, I will do my best to listen, provide a safe space, and help you manage. Systemic problems can't be solved on an individual level, but mental health support and connectedness can help individuals live better meaningful lives in problematic systems.
My theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I take a holistic approach to therapy, often with a focus on meaning (how we make sense of our lives, and how we generate meaning). I am also passionate about the psychology of video games; if you're a gamer, we may explore how you relate to what you play, if we both think it's helpful.
If you're interested in learning more about how I could help you, please email me to book a free 15' conversation. I offer therapy in English and Greek. I work online, so I can be more flexible and accessible beyond my area. It also lowers the carbon footprint of my practice, which matters to me. And make sure to check your spam folder to not miss my reply!
