About

Being human is hard, but you don't have to go it alone. I can help you understand yourself better and improve your relationship with yourself and others, to ultimately live a more fulfilling life. My primary modality is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a holistic, personalised approach. A lot of my clients happen to be students or work in post-doc positions, but I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds on a variety of issues. I have an interest in working with anxiety and related issues, such as procrastination and perfectionism, and am passionate about how video games can support well-being.
I integrate traditional CBT with Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, tailoring my approach based on your feedback and what you find most helpful. We may follow a more structured approach, using tools and worksheets, or a more relaxed conversational approach. My aim is to help you be your own therapist.
If something here resonates with you and you're interested in learning more about my services, then please email me to book a free 15' conversation, to see if we might be a good fit and to answer any questions you might have. And because sometimes email spam filters can be too eager, make sure to check your spam folder to not miss my reply!
