Hi, I’m Nick, a qualified BACP registered therapist experienced in supporting people through a range of life issues. I believe that everyone has the capacity for personal growth, even during challenging times. Therapy can provide the support and tools to navigate life’s difficulties and foster meaningful change. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions.
My training is in the ‘person-centred’ approach, which focuses on you as an individual, respecting your personal experiences and encouraging your independence. I believe that an empathic connection is central to effective counselling, so I place great importance on building an authentic and trusting relationship with my clients.
Whether online or in-person, we will work together to identify your goals and what you want to achieve from our sessions. We will explore what is happening for you at the moment and how you’re making sense of it, potentially uncovering underlying patterns and processes that may be contributing to your current situation.
