I work with a range of clients, who all share a wish to change something in their lives or explore behaviours that trouble them,. Bereavement and loss, depression, addictions, relationship issues, stress and anxiety, more acute mental health issues, ADHD and personal development.
I practise what would generally be described as an ‘integrative’ model, guided by Person Centred principles. In essence this means, you lead your therapy, you are the expert in your life, not me. I would hope to be a collaborative ally in helping you reach you stated goals. some may call this a solutions focused approach.
