Hello, my name is Nick.
Navigating life can be hard enough at the best of times. Evermore so when past traumas or future anxieties keep crashing in, exacerbating what may already be a precarious time.
Reaching out for help, stepping into the unknown, can be the greatest challenge and the most rewarding. My aim is provide a welcoming, safe, and compassionate base from which we can explore and work through the difficulties you are experiencing, whatever they maybe. I specialise in anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and addiction.
How I can help? By developing awareness and understanding together, through a tailored blend of counselling approaches, you can experience different ways of thinking, feeling and acting. This process integrates traumas, and develops the creativity and resilience to manage life and take it in the direction of your choosing.
