I am an EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Psychologist. I work with different forms of anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma and issues relating to ageing and dementia. In addition to EMDR, I often draw upon other trauma-focused methods (e..g Imagery Re-scripting), and relational therapies such as the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach.
