For over 14 years I’ve supported people through periods of change, challenge, and uncertainty in a range of helping roles. I’m an experienced & accredited Psychotherapist, registered with UKCP, BPC, and BACP, and I believe I can potentially help you.
I offer a supportive, open, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace. Therapy can help you to understand your issues and where they come from, develop ways of dealing with them, and become a more integrated and self aware person.
I’ve worked as a clinician with a diverse range of clients and issues, offering weekly sessions over several weeks, months, or years. My core approach is psychodynamic, which has been shown to be effective in helping with a range of issues. I believe we’re all individuals and so I tailor my approach whilst building a strong and trusting relationship.
I’m based in Brighton’s North Laine, where I have a private consulting room a few minutes from the station, and I also work online and over the phone, or a mixture of these.
