I am a counsellor & psychotherapist based in Hertford, Hertfordshire providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges, relationships, feelings, and patterns of behaviour.

I can work with a wide range of issues, and my clients come from all walks of life and backgrounds. I am experienced in working with our interpersonal attachment styles, addictive and out of control behaviours and complex relational trauma. Additionally, I am experienced in working with LGBTQ+ isuues.
After many years working in the Film and Theatre industry I decided to retrain and studied at CPPD, one of London’s leading counselling schools and after completion of my level 7 qualification, I began to operate my private practice in 2015 and am now working in Hertford both in person and online. Previously, I volunteered at The Terrence Higgins Trust (THT)
