About
I provide a safe, gentle and non judgemental space to talk. As an integrative counsellor, I accept that as individuals we are all unique and have different needs when seeking therapy and support. I believe that it is ultimately the relationship between the client and therapist that is fundamental for a trusting, understanding and safe therapeutic alliance and this allows for the opportunity to explore your feelings, emotions, relationships, ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour.
I can work with a wide range of issues, and my clients come from all walks of life and backgrounds. I am experienced in working with our interpersonal attachment styles, addictive and out of control behaviours and complex relational trauma. Additionally, I am experienced in working with LGBTQ+ isuues.
I studied at CPPD, one of London’s leading BACP counselling courses and after completion of my level 7 qualification, I began to operate my private practice in 2015 and now work in both Central London and Hertford. Previously, I volunteered at The Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) for 5 years, helping people living with or affected by HIV.
