I provide a supportive environment in which we can explore together the difficulties that you're experiencing without any judgement. Life can be tough, and change can be hard. We often get fused to unwanted thoughts, beliefs, and struggle with them. We can often feel despair and a sense of hopelessness. I help people realise that unwanted thoughts, feelings, and circumstances can, and do, change, and help people make positive differences in their life.
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing upon my training and experience in Personal Construct Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and narrative approaches. It is a privilege to help people make sense of their lives and find meaning.
Life is a journey and sometimes it helps to have some support along the way. Your choice of therapist is a really important step in the therapeutic process, so why not email or give me a quick call to see if I can help you on your journey.
