Welcome to my profile. My name is Nichola, I am a qualified Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor/Life Coach. As a counsellor I realise that life brings with it for a lot of people, past and present problems which can have a knock on effect on your mental health. This then has an effect on both you, and on the relationships around you. I deal with a vast range of problems and mental health issues. Please whatever it is that has brought you here, I will work with you side by side so you can begin to challenge what ever it is that his going on for you today. I am an easy person to talk to.
I offer a free initial 25 minute session. We shall go through an initial Assessment enabling us to to get to know each other a little better. I work in many ways, this being a mixture of Humanistic, Gestalt, CBT and Person Centred. Working this way gives you a wider varied approach. You will always know and feel I am working within your best interest.
I can assure you that I shall walk along side you during your counselling journey. You will feel both supported and held within a confidential and safe place.
