I have over 20 years professional experience working with people from all walks of life. This has included massage therapy, NHS maternity care, and counselling both in private practice and within a mental health charity. My work is integrative, meaning that I have studied a range of theoretical models, and can tailor how we work together to suit you.
By increasing your awareness of the influences and habits that you live with, and by finding compassion for yourself, you can explore new perspectives and develop deeper insight which can promote positive change and renewed clarity.
