I am also a trauma trained EMDR Practitioner, working with complex trauma, panic attacks, anxiety and PTSD, I also incorporate many mindfulness approaches, providing, an atmosphere of safety, support and empathy, facilitating trust.
As a qualified Humanistic Integrative therapist. I have blended many of the most potent ingredients, from differing modalities. At the heart of my practice are the Holistic therapies; Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centered Therapy. Blended together with, Solution Focused Therapy. Underpinned by the scientifically proven, PolyVagal Theory.
