I am trained in Trauma Informed Rewind Therapy. My experience as a school-based counsellor allows me to support children and young people. I also work with adults and elderly.
I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals of all ages guiding you through various challenges that life presents. I'm compassionate and empathic which allows me to establish a strong connection with my clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
