Clients come to me for help with a range of issues including improving their relationships, navigating or creating change and gaining confidence in themselves. Maybe difficult experiences from your past have become obstacles to you being who you want to be now. Perhaps you're feeling stuck and want help getting unstuck. I can offer you a safe, accepting space in which to explore and grow. I have particular experience with ADHD, gender diversity and consensual nonmonogamy (e.g. polyamory, swingers, ENM) and I am sex and kink-positive. My approach is affirming whether or not these factors relate directly to our work together.
My training is integrative, meaning I use elements from a range of modalities (including, but not limited to, Person-centred, Trauma-Focused, and Transactional Analysis) to best meet your needs. I approach this as a collaboration: as we get to know each other, we co-create our way of working; it's a dynamic process that can adapt and change over time.
