I work with individuals and intimate partners experiencing difficulties with sex, intimacy or relationships, who want to understand what is happening and why.
You may be experiencing sexual function concerns such as changes or discrepancy in desire, performance anxiety, pain, orgasm or erectile difficulties. Or you may be navigating relationship challenges including communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, betrayal or changes in your dynamic.
Some clients come to me without a clear "problem" - but simply seeking a regular, safe, supportive space in which to express and explore their sexuality or erotic identity.
I am a Clinical Psychosexologist, Registered Nurse and COSRT-Registered Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. My approach combines specialist psychosexual therapy training with an MSc in Psychology and over 12 years of nursing and healthcare experience - allowing me to view sexual concerns through physical, psychological, emotional and relational lenses.
