I can help you to live with more calmness- get you back to feeling like you again; to figure out what gives you purpose and shift from surviving to thriving. I also help people who have suffered narcissistic abuse.
Sometimes just talking with someone in confidence can be the first step on your journey to clarity, self-compassion and wellbeing. I treat people as I would wish myself or my loved ones to be treated.
