ANXIETY & Trauma Specialist. Narcissistic abuse recovery specialist. Are you feeling alone, anxious, in despair…or just feeling stuck and don't know where to start? We can work together to sort through the fog, confusion and heaviness, so that you can have more peace, clarity and calmness; lower your anxiety and stress levels; find your inner strength and learn new ways of coping, to enable you to feel like the real you and get the most out of life. I am neurodiversity-affirming and have a diagnosis of ADHD. I am trauma-informed and use EMDR (BLAST) to get to the root of your issues. I can help you to live with more calmness- get you back to feeling like you again; to figure out what gives you purpose and shift from surviving to thriving. I also help people who have suffered narcissistic abuse.
Sometimes just talking with someone in confidence can be the first step on your journey to clarity, self-compassion and wellbeing. I treat people as I would wish myself or my loved ones to be treated. I provide a safe place to explore whatever is troubling you and offer a free 15 minute telephone call to help you decide if we can work together.
