I believe everyone deserves the right to be treated as unique individuals and I can offer you that safe place to explore your feelings and reflect upon your life in a confidential, genuine and non-judgemental setting.
I offer an integrated holistic approach in counselling, incorporating Person Centred, CBT, SFCBT, Mindfulness, EMDR and I'm Trauma Informed, which enables me to work with many Anxiety Disorders, Addictions, Sexual and Emotional Abuse, PTSD, including many small and large T Traumas.
