You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, or noticing patterns in your relationships that are hard to change. You may be struggling with ADHD, difficult emotions, relational challenges or the impact of earlier life experiences, including trauma and abuse. I offer a calm, confidential, and supportive space where these experiences can be explored at a pace that feels safe. I am a qualified counsellor and trainee integrative psychotherapist working with adults, children and adolescents. As part of my training, I am completing adult clinical hours and offer a limited number of adult sessions at a concessionary rate.
My work is integrative, with a relational, existential and trauma informed approach. I work in a culturally attuned and individualised way, supporting people who feel overwhelmed or stuck, including those affected by trauma or neurodivergence, with attention to emotional experience, relationships, and the connection between mind and body.
