My aim is to create a safe and non-judgmental space that focuses on an individual's strengths to help them grow and promote their own wellbeing. I am a neurodiversity coach and counsellor. I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health and neurodiversity field. I run my own practice and provide counselling and neurodiversity coaching. Autism, anxiety and ADHD have been the areas of focus and I have worked with both neurodiverse children and adults. In the last 5 years I have worked more with adults and now do so exclusively.

Neurodiversity is very personal and important to me. I can relate to clients in various ways which can help people feel validated and less isolated in their experience and search for tools/support.
