I am an integrative psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Coach and Hypnotherapist. I work online and have been working extensively with young people and adults all over the UK and Europe. My knowledge and experience in private practice allows me to draw upon a wide range of approaches to work with you, at your own pace.
I offer long or short-term integrative therapy. My core training is rooted in using a person-centred approach, where the use of the therapeutic relationship is key. In the 50-minute assessment session, offered at a discounted price, we will discuss your issues, your goals and decide how we can work together for a successful outcome.
