Have you ever wished you could say how you really felt, and that someone would take the time to listen to you? People come for different reasons, but all wish the same outcomes; to be heard, be understood, feel better and find ways to enjoy their life.
As a qualified person centred therapist, my aim is to provide you with the safe and confidential space that you need to say what you think and feel - without fear of judgement or rejection. My specialisms include supporting adolescent mental health, those exploring identity whether ethnicity or gender, those who have been traumatised by any form of abuse.
While I do not have a magic wand, I do have a listening ear, and hope to be able to help you find ways of overcoming the barriers that are preventing you from living the life you wish for. You are the main focus of our time together, and we will work on whatever issues you bring to each session, because ultimately I believe you are the expert on you.
