I am an Associate Professor in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a practising psychotherapist. With over 25 years of experience, my clinical work focuses on eating disorders and body image, trauma, attachment, neurodiversity (including ADHD), and complex emotional difficulties. I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic, relational, and creative approaches, and has extensive experience in individual therapy, group work, and clinical supervision.
I specialise in supporting people who suffer with Eating Disorders, Depression and Anxiety, Childhood Trauma, , Addictions, Learning Disabilities, Sexual Assault and Personality disorders. I diagnose ADHD and work with a team to offer tailored support for ADHD and Autism.
