I'm Nerys, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, wanting to invite you to book an initial online therapy session with myself or one of my highly specialist associates (see my website). In the first session we can get an idea of what your problems are, what you'd like to change and how many sessions it will likely take until you start feeling better. Together, we can work on creating the version of you that you would like to be. When we start, it's like emptying puzzle pieces onto a table. We start putting you back together to see the bigger picture, and how you can continue the work yourself.
