Welcome, I’m Nelli.
I work with you to understand yourself more deeply - whether that’s navigating difficult emotions, life transitions, or questions around cultural identity and belonging. You may come to therapy during times of change or loss, or to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
I use Transactional Analysis to explore your experiences and how they may be shaping your current life. I work relationally, guided by curiosity, kindness, and respect.
I came to psychotherapy from a technical and engineering background. Having moved to the UK from Latvia over 20 years ago and raising a young family, my experiences of living across cultures and balancing different roles shape how I understand change, identity, and relationships.
As a UKCP trainee psychotherapist, I work under regular supervision and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring our work is safe and ethically grounded.
We can begin with a brief introductory call to see if working together feels right. Sessions are available weekly, either in person in South Liverpool or online.
