I would like to start by saying that I have been where you are right now. Anxious, "broken", perhaps very scared and confused with what's happening to you. Battling with my own anxiety and trauma for years, I found great solace and refuge in my own therapeutic process. I gently invite you to view anything that is going on for you right now as a symptom. Your "bad" mental health, your "brokenness" your endless worry, anxiety, depression, and racing thoughts that won't let you sleep at night are signs that your body and your mind want to heal and they are asking for your attention.
I offer a safe environment of empathy, acceptance and authenticity where you will be able to explore the roots of your emotional symptoms. A therapeutic relationship that will help you find the tools towards your healing and growth. I work in a Psychodynamic and Person-Centred way and I incorporate inner child work, somatic work, mindfulness & EMDR.

? Support Group for Adult Children of Toxic or Abusive Families -A gentle, therapeutic space for connection and healing. If you grew up in a home where love was tangled with fear, control, criticism, or emotional unpredictability, you are not alone — and you don’t have to carry the impact of that experience in silence. Evangelia Botsaki (Counsellor) and I are offering a 6?week support group for adults navigating painful, complicated, or estranged relationships with one or both parents.
