I have trained using techniques from many different kinds of counselling and psychotherapy. My specialisms include anxiety, depression, addiction, living with autism and ADHD, trauma and bereavement.
As a Couples counsellor, in my experience, couples want to know they have each other’s back, and they often feel like that’s missing.
