I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and with many different concerns. You do not need to have the perfect words or a clear explanation before coming to counselling. We can begin with whatever feels most important and work together at a pace that feels manageable.
I am an experienced integrative counsellor, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches and adapt the work to you as an individual. I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, understand yourself more deeply and explore meaningful change. Sessions are available in person in Mickleover and online across the UK
Starting counselling can feel daunting, particularly if you are used to managing everything by yourself. I know personally how valuable it can be to have a safe place to be heard without judgement.
