I’m a qualified Addiction Counsellor with vast experience working with substance misuse and behavioural addictions in various different settings. I pride myself in providing a safe space in which to form a supportive relationship to help clients achieve their goals. I have up to date knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment and practice a variety of evidence based interventions with awareness that everyone has different needs. I hold an honors degree in Addiction Counselling and a masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I have a clinic in Leamington Spa, and also offer online therapy. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments.
I offer integrative, evidence based addiction counselling methods including - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Counselling, Relapse Prevention, 12 Step facilitation and interpersonal attachment work around relationships and communication.
Addiction can be a lonely place.. I have personal experience that enables me to provide non-judgemental, empathic support. This coupled with my qualifications and experience working as a counsellor has proved beneficial to my clients. I will work collaborively with you to help you achieve your goals, at your own pace.
