I’m a qualified Addiction Counsellor & Integrative Psychotherapist with over 14 years experience working with substance misuse and behavioural addictions in various different settings. I pride myself in providing a safe space in which to form a supportive relationship to help clients achieve their goals. I have up to date knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment and practice a variety of evidence based interventions with awareness that everyone has different needs. I hold an honors degree in Addiction Counselling and a masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I have a clinic in Leamington Spa, and also offer online therapy.
I offer integrative, evidence based addiction counselling methods including - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Counselling, Relapse Prevention, 12 Step facilitation and interpersonal attachment work around relationships and communication. As well as Integrative Psychotherapy to address any deeper issues you may be struggling with.
Addiction can be a lonely place.. I have personal experience that enables me to provide non-judgemental, empathic support. This coupled with my qualifications and experience working as a counsellor has proved beneficial to my clients. I will work collaborively with you to help you achieve your goals, at your own pace.
