I am a qualified Counsellor with a private Practice in central Newbury. I support clients with a wide range of life’s challenges. You may be experiencing a heightened sense of anxiety, self-doubt, or low self-esteem following unexpected or unwelcome change — perhaps a new work situation, the breakdown of a long-term relationship, or the loss of someone close to you. You might be feeling overwhelmed by increasing demands on your time, or as though your needs are not being heard. These experiences can trigger unhelpful thought patterns, often rooted in earlier life experiences, leaving everything feeling heavy and difficult to manage
My approach is grounded in Person-Centred therapy, meaning our sessions are led by you, at your pace, within a relationship built on empathy, trust, and respect. I work Integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to help you make sense of your experiences and understand why certain patterns or feelings may be showing up for you now.
So if you’re feeling tired of putting on a brave face and would like support towards positive change, contact me for a free, no-obligation 30-minute Discovery Session to see whether working together feels right for you. And I do not require a minimum of number of sessions, we can just take it one step at a time.
