About
Dr Neil Dickens trained as a Counselling Psychologist recognising not only a personal lack of support, but stigma surrounding accessing talking therapy growing up. He has since come to appreciate the efficacies of talking therapy and of having another present to both professionally hearing and validating experience. Taking an integrative approach in his work and drawing on a tailored Cognitive Behavioural, Systemic, Psychodynamic or Person-Centred perspective, he best supports clients, drawing on equally eclectic life experience whilst taking a quietly passionate interest in supporting individuals find their authentic sense of self
