You may see that your child is struggling and feel desperate to help them. They may appear anxious or overwhelmed, behave differently, find relationships tricky or unpredictable, or simply not seem themselves. Children do not always have the language to explain what is happening, and their behaviour may show what they cannot yet put into words. Through Play Therapy, I provide a trusting, accepting relationship where they can express themselves in ways that feel safe for them. I have worked with schools and supported adopted and neurodivergent children and their families, helping children to feel seen, heard and understood.
I specialise in Play Therapy for children aged 4–11, with experience working with children and families in varied settings, supporting difficulties with anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, self-esteem and peer relationships. My AutPlay Therapy certification, Filial Therapy training and experience of Therapeutic Parenting can further support this work.
