If you are looking for couples therapy, or if you are seeking individual counselling with a focus on relationships (whether intimate, work or family) I can potentially help. I trained to MA level at a leading centre for relationship therapy, and I'm one of very few men working in the field. When working with couples, my aim is to enable better conversations, build understanding, so that both partners can be more content. With individuals, it's often about having a conversation with yourself, and to consider how you are in relation to others.
After a career in marketing and business leadership, I decided on a fresh start. My long career in business provides me with an understanding of the pressures busy Surrey families face. While I am not a career coach, workplace relationships and working life stresses and strains are areas some clients like to work with me on.
People tend to say I have a warm, personable approach - while starting therapy can feel daunting, I try to put people at ease - in the case of couples, both partners. I mainly work face-to-face, however I see clients for occasional online sessions if for example they are travelling, or if it's the only practical option.
