I am a professionally qualified and registered Adult and Forensic Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. Psychotherapy aims to help you overcome obstacles to make sense of your internal world and feel understood and supported. It could help you to achieve lasting and fulfilling change in relationships with others but also your most important relationship, the one you have with yourself.
London is rich in diversity and one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the world. I have extensive experience in private practice working with family/partner dynamics, difference, belonging, identity, cultural issues and inter-generational trauma and understanding how these issues can affect people in the course of their everyday life.
I am keen to learn how we can work together to think about what may feel confusing and painful in a calm, confidential and non-judgemental environment, where self-care is front and centre.
