I work one-to-one with adults in online therapy who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship problems, issues with substance use or adults in addiction recovery. In a supportive, gentle and non-judgemental space, we'll work through difficult experiences and trauma which can contribute to your current issues. This helps you deepen your self-understanding and build stronger internal tools to manage well by yourself and with others.
I offer talking therapy, art therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) sessions which are available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Sessions are informed by psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, mindfulness, and trauma-sensitivity. Sessions focus on your unique needs, and I will collaborate with you throughout the process.
