About
I am a Qualified Counsellor and Social Psychologist (PhD), offering integrative psychological therapy, drawing on person-centred and humanistic therapies. I am a Registered Member of BACP. I mainly work with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, social anxiety, stress, relationship issues, domestic violence, violence, abuse, self-esteem problems and self-confidence problems. As humans, we are social beings. Our social relationships make who we are and we tend to feel stress and anxious when things do wrong. I help my clients to feel more functional and happy in their relationships with themselves as well as others.
I offer a non-judgmental, caring, understanding, open, emphatic and constructive therapeutic relationship. Everybody needs to be heard, everybody needs to be understood and everybody needs to be listened from heart. Being present with a client is my highest priority to hear what they say and help them hear their own voice.
