Starting therapy can be daunting and may evoke a number of different emotions including worry and fear. Yet, it also offers hope of change and self-growth, of overcoming the obstacles you’re faced with that stop you from living a more fulfilled life. I understand the importance of compassion, kindness and the need to feel heard throughout the therapeutic journey so feelings can be shared and normalised and a sense of hope restored. I work with people looking to overcome any issue, in particular around race, gender, culture and sexuality. I also have extensive practical experience supporting survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.
I will provide a warm, safe and collaborative environment so that together we can identify and explore patterns of behaviour that maybe impacting the development of healthy relationships and make space for better connections to be formed with self and others. I will use a holistic approach and integrate various therapeutic models around your particular needs
