I support parents, carers, adoptive parents and foster carers of children and young people from 0–25. As an experienced Educational Psychologist and qualified Coaching Psychologist, I help families when learning, behaviour, emotions, relationships or school life feel difficult to understand. You may be worried about anxiety, confidence, SEND, neurodivergence, attendance, home education or change of provision. Together, we can make sense of what is happening and identify practical, compassionate ways forward.
I offer bespoke Educational Psychology consultation, coaching-informed support and VIG (strengths-based video approach that helps you notice moments of connection). Together, we clarify what you would like to be different for your child or family. I draw on psychological knowledge to suggest approaches that build confidence, relationships and next steps.
When your child is struggling, it can feel lonely, worrying and hard to know what to do next. I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you will feel heard, your child’s strengths and needs can be understood, and we can think together about practical, hopeful next steps.
