I am warm, open and empathetic and aim to help people help themselves.
I have an extensive background in Psychology and a postgraduate qualification in counselling and psychotherapy where I have worked with both adults and young people.
I specialise in domestic abuse-trauma informed counselling, supporting men, women and young people from a range of backgrounds who have suffered from abuse in the home.
