My name is Dr Navi Nagra and I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with over a decades experience working across different ages, health conditions and settings.
I use an array of therapies to support with managing low mood, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to health changes and/or life changes. I give precedence to cultural context and histories to help co create change.
