Hi, My name is Nav (she/her) and I am a therapist who offers culturally sensitive Psychotherapy for South Asian, Global Majority, Neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ clients who are navigating shame, identity, belonging and relationships. My clients often come to therapy feeling anxious, depressed, and struggling with their self-esteem. I have developed a specialism in supporting individuals with layered intersectionality, which can bring unique challenges when negotiating the world, that can often feel isolating and lonely. Together, we can work towards building a clearer sense of self, with deeper and more meaningful relationships.

I believe the relationship between myself and my clients is central, and I aim to provide an empathic and safe environment in which we can work collaboratively to develop insight and understanding, into the challenges you are facing. I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, and Existential therapies.

I offer weekly, open-ended sessions that can continue for as long as you feel you need. Throughout your therapeutic journey, you will have space to explore your values, beliefs, and hopes, supporting you in moving toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
