I am a UKCP accredited and BACP registered integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy. Together we can make sense of your current difficulties and work towards you gaining greater insight into how to make meaningful changes to support your emotional well being. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor my work to you rather than following a fixed model. Trying therapy can be daunting at first, but reach out and try, you have lots to gain!
Alongside my private practice, I work part-time within a mental health charity. Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent 17 years working as a primary school teacher, an experience that continues to shape my relational, thoughtful, and developmentally informed approach to therapy.
I aim to offer a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported as you reflect on your experiences, gain insight, and explore new ways of coping. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I strive to make the first session a supportive and collaborative meeting, where we can explore what you’re hoping for and whether working together feels right.
