About
My counselling service is for both men and women, with a conscious focus toward men offering a space to feel safe and supported to work through their issues. It's often a misconception that 'men don't talk about feelings', rather that men don't know that counselling can be for them too. Some of the reasons to come to counselling include; Sex or Relationship Issues, Gay and Bisexual issues or struggling to come out, Work Issues, Bullying, verbal, emotional or physical, Anxiety, Depression, Coming to terms with loss and bereavement. I am a fully qualified Person Centred Therapist and registered member of the BACP.
I set up The Sorting Space in Folkestone in 2018, offering a safe, confidential space which allows you to talk about and express your feelings, and by us working together, you can begin to develop your own stronger sense of self and start to make the right choices to live a more fulfilling, authentic life.
People often find it difficult to reach out for support. By coming to counselling we will work together to help you find your potential to realise the changes you want to make for a happier, more productive and authentic life.
