Online Counsellor - Video & Telephone Counselling. I work with adults and young people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem difficulties, emotional overwhelm and relationship challenges. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, pressure from work or daily life, or find it difficult to open up about how they are feeling.
I offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, develop healthier coping strategies and work towards greater confidence, emotional balance and self-understanding.
Alongside private practice, I also work as a school counsellor supporting young people with anxiety, low mood and emotional difficulties. I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel difficult, especially if you are used to coping alone. My approach is warm, down to earth and tailored to you as an individual.
