My therapy will be based around your own personal experiences, and I encourage you to take a flexible and compassionate approach to yourself whilst we work together towards meaningful therapeutic goals.
I offer a free, 15-20 minute telephone consultation to new clients, in order to answer any questions that you may have, and to help us both decide whether the approach that I take will be right for you.
